Lemon Tree 'Eureka' - Grafted
Lemon Tree 'Eureka' — Australia's Most Popular Backyard Lemon, Grafted for Performance
If you want lemons — and plenty of them — Eureka is the one. It's Australia's most widely grown lemon variety for good reason: reliable crops year-round, classic tangy flavour, virtually seedless fruit, and a tree that performs consistently in Brisbane's subtropical climate without fuss.
All our Eureka lemons are grafted — meaning faster fruiting, stronger performance, and more consistent results than seedling-grown trees. You're buying a proven performer, not a gamble.
Why You'll Love It
- Year-round fruiting — produces lemons across multiple seasons, not just once a year
- Grafted for performance — fruits earlier and more reliably than seedling trees
- Virtually seedless — clean, easy-to-use fruit
- Classic Eureka flavour — the benchmark lemon for cooking, drinks, and preserving
- Compact and manageable — suits suburban gardens and large pots
- Heavy cropper — produces abundantly when well maintained
Available Sizes

Frequently Asked Questions
When will it start fruiting?
Grafted trees fruit much earlier than seedlings. A 45L specimen may produce fruit in its first season. Smaller plants typically fruit within 1–2 years of planting.
Can I grow it in a pot?
Yes — Eureka lemon does well in large containers (minimum 60L pot). Use a quality potting mix with good drainage and feed regularly with citrus fertiliser.
Why grafted?
Grafted trees are grown on disease-resistant rootstock, fruit earlier, and perform more consistently than seedling-grown trees. It's the industry standard for productive citrus — all our citrus trees are grafted.
